Modular and diverse training.
Our graduate programme is a direct entry into the company offering an intensive career development system.
Its modular structure guarantees a diverse and multifaceted training course over five years. You will complete placements in three to four different stations each lasting approx. 18 months from the areas of financial accounting, accounting/controlling, finance or auditing. At the end, you will understand the interactions between the various divisions and have a company-wide network. A stay abroad at one of our subsidiaries is also part of the programme.
The course comprises flexible, customised modules in finance & administration and additional qualifications which are adapted to your particular strengths.
You will complete placements in three to four of the following areas:
- Focus on sales:
Sales controlling in Europe, Asia or professional kitchen technology
- Focus on the Group:
Auditing, HR development, Group controlling
- Focus on specific subject:
Financial statement/investor relations, finances, accounting
- Stay abroad
- Specific areas (optional):
Costing, production controlling, business information
